Often depicted blowing a conch shell with broken chains
at his ankle, the Nèg Mawon is the eternal call to liberation.

The conch was their warning, their gathering cry, their
signal to rise. His body may have scars, but his spirit stands undefeated. A
reminder that true freedom demands sacrifice, resilience, and unyielding belief
in one’s worth.

Resist oppression. Honor your roots. Claim your freedom  in body, mind,
and soul.
