Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on most orders. However, shipping costs may vary depending on your location and weight. Any shipping fees or exceptions (e.g., surcharges for remote areas) will be clearly indicated during checkout. Our goal is to provide the best possible shipping rates while ensuring reliable delivery.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 7-17 business days on average. Some standard International delivery could take 10-30 business days.
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Possible shipping delays due to customs processing or high order volumes may occur, but we strive to deliver within the estimated time-frame.
Order Tracking
We provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time. If you do not receive your tracking number or experience tracking issues, please contact our support team.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely. However, in the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will offer a full refund or a replacement (at no additional cost) upon verification.
To request a refund for a lost or damaged package, you must provide:
✔️ Proof of Loss – Carrier tracking confirmation that the package was not delivered.
✔️ Proof of Damage – Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Please report any lost or damaged items within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Returns & Refunds (Shipping Issues)
🚫 We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to shipping-related issues (e.g., delays, customs holds, or transit disruptions). While we work with reliable carriers, we cannot control unforeseen shipping delays. We kindly ask for your patience in those cases.
💡 Exception: If your package is officially lost in transit or arrives damaged (with proof provided), we will process a refund or replacement per our lost/damaged policy.
